New Committee Meeting Minutes Published for Q1 2026
Minutes from the Strategy & Resources, Environment, and Planning committees are now formally approved and available — covering decisions made between January and March 2026.
Why Minutes Matter
Committee minutes are the official written record of decisions taken by elected councillors and officers on behalf of residents. They capture what was decided, who voted for it, and why — making them one of the most important transparency documents a council publishes.
Formal publication of approved minutes usually happens 4–8 weeks after a meeting, once councillors have had the opportunity to review and confirm their accuracy.
